The twelve-month path
Know what comes first and what runs in parallel.
The bottleneck on the ACC journey is not the training hours but the 100 client coaching hours — especially the 75 paid ones. So a good plan starts accumulating coaching hours EARLY, in parallel with the training, not after it finishes.
The coaching hours arithmetic
100 hours over 12 months is roughly 8–9 hours a month, or about 2 hours a week. With sessions typically running 45–60 minutes, that is two or three sessions a week. Very achievable if you start early — and close to impossible if you leave it to the last three months.
The three-month mentor coaching condition
The 10 mentor coaching hours must be spread over at least three months. That is a condition about TIME, not hours, so it cannot be shortened by studying more intensively. Start this component by month seven at the latest if you want to apply within the first year.
Key takeaway: Start logging coaching hours in month one; mentor coaching spans at least three months, so start it early.
