Logical Communication with the Pyramid Principle
Lead with the conclusion, group ideas MECE-ly, frame with SCQA — the consulting industry's communication standard, applied to email, reports and meetings.
What you'll get: If people keep asking you 'so what's the point?', the problem isn't your content — it's the order. This Power Skills course teaches Barbara Minto's pyramid structure (McKinsey): state the conclusion before the reasons and evidence, group ideas MECE-ly so nothing overlaps or is missed, lead in with the SCQA frame, and apply it directly to email, reports and structured answers in meetings.
