Human-led, AI-assisted
Understand the boundary between what AI supports and what humans decide.
Claude greatly accelerates time-consuming work: drafting content, creating case studies, writing quiz questions, suggesting structure, adjusting tone for the audience. But a training program's quality is decided by what AI can't see: your organizational context, the real cause of the problem, and what learners truly need.
This course's mindset: Human Judgment + Learning Design Process + AI Acceleration. Without the first, AI just produces content that looks professional but solves the wrong problem.
The risk of copying unchecked AI content
Content that sounds reasonable but is wrong for the company context; case studies that don't match the work culture; quiz questions with debatable answers; frameworks with 'made-up' names. The person who signs the training material is you — not the AI.
Key takeaway: Human Judgment + Learning Design Process + AI Acceleration — without human thinking, AI produces pretty but hollow content.
