Exam structure, eligibility, the core difference between PHR and SPHR, and how to choose the right one for you.

Three key areas: Talent, L&D and Business
Core knowledge for Business Management, Talent Planning & Acquisition and Learning & Development, with a practice question set.

Module 3
Total Rewards, Labor Relations & exam tactics
Core knowledge of rewards and labour relations, plus elimination technique and time management in the exam room.
50 min
Module 4
Final test & Certificate
A 10-question wrap-up test in HRCI style. Score at least 8/10 to earn the course completion certificate.
