Personal Data Protection for HR in Vietnam
Law 91/2025/QH15 is in force — and HR holds the most sensitive data in the company.
What you'll get: From 1 January 2026, personal data protection in Vietnam is governed by a LAW (No. 91/2025/QH15) rather than a decree, with Decree 356/2025/ND-CP replacing Decree 13/2023. HR is where the most sensitive data concentrates: health records, criminal record checks, fingerprint and facial attendance data, CCTV footage, and the CVs of hundreds of rejected candidates. This ~120-minute course runs from data classification and choosing the right lawful basis, through what makes consent valid, to the three hottest situations and the 72-hour playbook for a breach.
