The sender – message – receiver model, the 'noise' that distorts messages, and why 'I already said it' doesn't mean 'they understood'.

Three levels of listening, paraphrasing to check understanding, open questions, and the power of silence.

Speaking clearly, giving feedback, and difficult conversations
Structure a clear message with PREP, give feedback with the SBI model, use 'I' statements instead of 'You', and handle difficult conversations.
