Design Thinking for Employee Experience
Employee personas, journey maps, moments that matter, cheap prototypes and piloting before you scale.
What you'll get: An HR policy can be entirely logical and still create a terrible experience — because it was designed around management's needs rather than the user's perspective. This ~100-minute Strategic course brings design thinking to HR problems: empathy interviews that surface the truth rather than polite answers, personas and journey maps to find the moments that matter, restating problems as 'How might we', ideation kept separate from evaluation, cheap prototypes for HR programs, and pilots with a genuine stop condition.
