Gamification in Training
Design engaging learning with points, badges, leaderboards and motivation loops — grounded in psychology, not 'points for the sake of it'.
What you'll get: Learn to turn 'dry' training into an engaging experience: distinguish gamification – game-based learning – serious games, understand the psychology (Autonomy – Competence – Relatedness), master the PBL mechanics and the motivation loop, then design with a 5-step process. The course uses TTD's own games (Quiz Show, Word Cloud) and badge system as a living example.
